Coriander powder

This powder is made from the seeds of the coriander plant. The seeds of coriander are dried and these dried seeds have grinned into a fine powder. Due to the cooling trait of coriander, this special spice is considered to be very beneficial and useful.

Chilli powder

This is a common masala powder which is used in many countries. This powder is obtained from the dried chillies. The red chilli is dried in the hot sun and the dried chillies have then grinned into a fine powder. It is mostly used spice in different soups, stews, and of course chilis. It is the superb healthy seasoning, with adequate amounts of different beneficial nutrients. Along with this, research shows that capsaicin that is extensively found in chilli peppers has an anti-inflammatory effect that helps ease arthritic swelling and pain.

Turmeric powder

Turmeric powder is made from turmeric which is also an important ingredient in food preparation. Since turmeric is an anti-inflammatory, it could help to decrease the swelling associated with asthma. It has been used to treat everyday problems like indigestion and also used to prevent from serious problems such as cancer, HIV, jaundice, arthritis, liver disorders, heartburn, high cholesterol, menstrual disorders, etc. Turmeric also widely used in poultices to decrease inflammation and also helps to relieve wounds, cuts, and bruises.

Curry powder

This is also a masala powder which is made from different ingredients like coriander seeds, cumin seeds, cinnamon stick, cloves, fennel seeds, bay leaves, and turmeric and chilli powders. All these ingredients are grinded into a powder and mixed with chilli and garam masala powder.

Fenugreek powder

This is obtained by roasting the fenugreek seeds and grinding those seeds into a powder. This powder is added to increase the flavour of the food.
